Last Chance to Register!

Yep! My first 6 week series is coming up soon!! If you would like to be in my January 14- class you'll need to register prior to January 12th! I am looking forward to teaching you!

I hope you all have a safe and wonderful holiday season! 

For those of you who are pregnant, please remember:

1. Stay Hydrated! If you will be doing a lot of traveling make sure you stay well hydrated. Becoming dehydrated can increase your braxton hicks contractions, and can also put you at risk for pre-term labor. 

This also means you'll have to plan frequent bathroom breaks so that you can stay comfortable!

2. ALWAYS wear your seat belt. No, it's not always comfortable, but your seat belt should always be worn. The lap belt should be exactly there, in your lap, under your belly. Not on your belly! And your shoulder strap should be worn normally. 

3. Eat well. Remember to stay clear of unpasteurized cheeses, uncooked meats, and certain fish. Fill your plate with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. And yes, that scoop of ice cream on your pie does count as a serving of dairy (which has calcium!!) ;)

March 10th - April 14th also to be held at the offices of Spencer Family Chiropractics in Rome - 1-4pm

Intuitive Birth Series - March 2012

Hello all!

I have added another 6 week series that will begin on March 10th and continue until April 14th. Our location for this class is Spencer Family Chiropractic.
